Beginning Wisdom Yoga For those who have never practiced yoga, those who feel stiff and not able to easily move in some ways, and/or those who don’t feel steady on their feet. In this class students will learn how to find and engage their core muscles, practice “waking up” their feet so that they can feel grounded and safe being fully upright, and how to work with and trust their own body. Students will learn techniques to “wake up” their bodies and will come to feel upright, strong, and steady. This class is 60 minutes and meets Tuesdays 9 am to 10 am. Consult with Sandra if you are not sure which class should be your starting place: email@example.com All Wisdom Yoga classes are grounded in mindfulness-–that your attention is on your body and what it is doing, that you are breathing effortlessly and steadily, that you are aware of your relationship with the ground and the space around you. If you are new, don’t worry–you will learn.
